Under normal circumstances your order will be dispatched within a few days. Items not immediately available from stock will be ordered for you from the Australian warehouses and you will be advised of the expected date of dispatch. If for any reason we are unable to ship an item within 28 days, Annapurna will contact you to offer a refund or alternate product.

We ship all orders via Australia Post – Please note that if there is a considerable price difference with your postage we will refund the difference.
Annapurna does not accept international orders.
In the interest of fairness Annapurna reserves the right to alter this model if shipping an order with this model becomes unviable. All shipping charges are displayed during the check-out process before you pay for your goods.
If you place an order before 12:00PM CST Monday – Friday (excl. Public Holidays) and the products you have ordered are in stock we will dispatch your order on the same day – guaranteed!
Annapurna is committed to providing quality products to our customers.
Our Quality Control Team inspect every delivery into Annapurna to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive a product which is faulty please don’t hesitate to call us on 08 8223 5544, to arrange free return delivery and an exchange, repair or refund. Should a fault appear after a garment has been worn, it will be required that you launder it prior to returning it to us.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product (perhaps you have changed you mind or it is the incorrect size), you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase – excludes sale items.
The item must not have been used or worn, be in original condition and in original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
Your postage charges on returns are not refundable and you will be charged for delivery of any exchange merchandise.
Most products sold by Annapurna are backed by a manufacturer warranty. If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. We recommend that in the first instance you contact us by telephone or email and describe the problem so that we can advise the best course of action.
